MedPharm Colorado is a state-of-the-art, vertically integrated cultivation, extraction, and manufacturing facility with an in-house pharmaceutical-level R&D laboratory. MerJ Architecture helped the client from programming and process design, through licensing and permitting, to construction administration. MerJ acted as team leader for the client, consultants and contractor through project completion.

MedPharm prides itself on the latest cultivation and production techniques, and this facility was designed to seamlessly integrate the flow of material through the production process while meeting strict City of Denver cannabis regulations. The cutting edge HVAC and electrical systems are designed for redundancy and time-coordinated efficiency to maximize profitability, and the lab includes an ISO Level 4 clean room for quality assurance in production.
